Well, here at Leave the Mess to the Best, we guarantee all of our services IN WRITING! We will gladly return to your property and address any concerns that you may have. Our company goes to great lengths to ensure the quality of work we provide. Each clean will automatically receive TWO professionally trained employees that have undergone extensive training before they are released on their own. When you schedule with our company, whether you are present for your clean or not, you will received a itemized list that details every single thing that was completed by your crew members. If you are present, you will also inspect your home before your crew leaves. YOUR CREW CAN NOT LEAVE UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED! If you are not present, this list will be left on your kitchen counter or dining room table. We ask that you review the list and inspect your property within 24 hours from your appointment time. If you notice anything that is not up to your expectations, simply call our office and we will return. Please understand that our guarantee covers only what you have paid for and what is on your list.
On the itemized list, you will also have our company's guarantee. We want you to understand that we stand behind our guarantee and hope that by putting our guarantee in writing, this will help you feel more comfortable with choosing our company. If you have any concerns about the services that you have received, we will return within 2 hours from the time you have contacted us to address the concerns. We do not "put you off" until the next day like some companies.
Please understand that Leave the Mess to the Best does not offer any type of refund for any services once they have been paid. Our guarantee offers for our company to return to your property and re-clean any areas that you are not satisfied with. Please understand, we will only clean the areas that our company neglected to address. We will not be responsible to clean up any additional messes that have accumulated after your clean. (If you call regarding the kitchen floor not being mopped properly and your crew arrives to a floor that has just had a glass of milk spilled on it, your crew will not clean this.)
Please understand that the same crew that cleaned your home will be the same crew to return to your property to address concerns. This is done to protect our company as well as to allow our crews to understand and recognize the areas they need to pay more attention to.
